Apostle K.J. Mack
Dr. Apostle K.J. Mack is a native of Livingston, AL, where he was born to Earlie B and Mary Mack. He is married to Lady Madra Mack. He has three beautiful children: Christopher, Kayla and Madison Mack.
Dr. Apostle K.J. Mack received Christ in 1992 at an early age. He moved to Birmingham, AL in May, 1998. Dr. Mack received his calling October 7, 2001. He furthered his studies in theology at Berea University in Springfield, MO.
In November, 2002, he was ordained Youth Pastor of the New Birth Christian Church where the Youth Department began to soar under his direction. It's where his gifts in the area of music, writing and composing gospel plays were further cultivated.
In February, 2004, he was ordained Assistant Pastor of New Birth Christian Church.
In April, 2006, Dr. Apostle Mack birthed Rhema Word Ministries in Birmingham, AL with two members. Since then, through hard work, dedication and a sincere heart for God, the church has experienced exponential growth.
God gave him the name Rhema Word for the ministry, according to Matthew 4:4 “But He answered and said, ‘It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God’.”
In 2008, he was ordained in the office of an Apostle.
Through Apostle’s teachings, God has allowed him to impart leadership and development strategies, as well as spiritual empowerment for God’s people.
In 2010, three other churches were birthed: Rhema Word West (Livingston, AL); Amazing Faith Ministries – Pastor Roderick Peterson and Kingdom Building Ministries – Pastor Donnell Hudson. Dr. Apostle K.J. Mack also is the covering for other ministries both in and out of the state of Alabama.
On April 4, 2013, he received his doctorate in theology from Berea University in Springfield, MO
